Market Street for the Win!

This post has been sponsored by Market Street. All opinions are mine alone.

The Holidays are finally here and we hope that it has filled your home with warmth, good health and happiness. We are so excited that this time of year has finally arrived as we have so much to celebrate - Thanksgiving, Our Anniversary, Christmas and my favorite, the Holiday lights and so much love in the air.  Although I am excited, the last few weeks have physically exhausting. Since daylight savings, I have been waking up at 7am and sometimes going to bed at midnight or later. Grinding, crushing goals, working full time - you know adulting at its finest. The blog is continuing to grow (THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!) and so many good things are in the works for 2019, but as they say:

On top of life, the Holiday hustle took over and I felt like I had no time to plan, grocery shop, prep AND clean. Nothing says the holidays like having your family and/or friends around a delicious spread, laughing until we have tears in our eyes and our stomachs physically hurt while enjoying each others company. Of course, we somehow managed to get everything done. I was so glad to enjoy the holidays with family but I also wanted to do something special for Chris and I’s Anniversary, just the two of us.

Thank God for Market Street who swept in like a precious angel from the sky and saved me. They took all of the pressure of prepping and cooking off my plate and made it so easy to prepare an Anniversary meal by gifting us one of their their Holiday Dinners.  Options include a Roasted Turkey (Whole Bird) 🦃 ,Turkey Breast, Holiday Ham and Prime Rib. We opted to order a tender prime rib served with green bean amandine, hashbrown casserole, horseradish sauce, broccoli rice casserole, and praline sweet potatoes. Don't worry - grab a napkin because if you're anything like me you're mouth is watering and seconds away from drooling 🤤 , we'll be here waiting..

All good? Cool.

The ordering process was super simple. All we had to do was contact our local Market Street and place the order and let them know the date and time we want to pick up.

The pick up was even easier. Seriously. Almost as easy as just showing up to your Mom’s house for Thanksgiving/Christmas dinner. 😂😩 I just had to walk in, go to the Concierge or Food Service area and pick up at my scheduled time. 😉 I was truly in and out within 5 minutes. The food was ready when we showed up and was given to us cold so we could heat up a few hours before we were ready to serve. It came with reheating instructions and was even packaged in oven ready trays and lids to make storing leftovers a breeze. This works perfect for our family as neither one of us particularly love doing dishes.

The quality was superb. The Prime Rib was moist, flavorful while the edges became perfectly cooked to a crisp. The green beans amandine was my absolute favorite and Chris couldn’t stop sneaking back to the kitchen for the praline sweet potatoes. 😂  See pictures of how everything turned out below.

We would definitely order a Holiday Dinner from Market Street again to make the Holidays easier by cutting down on prep time and giving us more time to prepping the house, running errand or just relaxing before guests come over. If you are looking to do the same, we recommend you find a Market Street near you!
