Omgāsh! We can not believe itās already June?! Where has 2018 gone? It seems like just yesterday we rang in the
New Year with friends and now itās like every time I blink a week passes by. May definitely kept us busy with Savannaās (Chrisā sister) college šš š š, Motherās Day š and Memorial Day Weekend festivities. šŗšø
Savanna graduated from Stephen F. Austin (#axeemjacks) and we could not be more proud! šš¾ After dancing as a Rangerette in Kilgore, Savanna turned her passion into a lifestyle and major is Dance Education early May which happened to conincide with Motherās Day weekend. This made for an extra special weekend for our family and especially her mom (my mother in law). We didnāt even realize it but this was the first time all members of the extended and immediate family were together in some time which gave us all time to catch up and made for wonderful memories.

Motherās Day was a blast.
We took my mother to one of her favorite French inspired restaurants at Watter's Creek in Allen (Bonnie Ruthās) for a brunch. The weather was definitely hot but the breeze and umbrellas on the patio made it bearable and seeing my mom so excited to have everyone together totally made it worth the while.
Bonnie Ruthās served Prime Rib, Ham, Fresh Omlettes š„ , Crepes, Croissants š„, Eggs Benedict, Bacon š„, Chicken Picatta and so much more! š It was a feast fit for royalty and I was unworthy.
Memorial Day Weekend For is was pretty busy. Chris worked the majority of the weekend while I knocked out a laundry list of things from our āTo-Doā list for around the home. Ya know - Deep Cleaning the house, getting new plants for decor, nothing too glamorous.
Overall, May came and went quick but it brought quite a bit of memories and much needed catch up time personally, socially + spiritually. We'd love to hear how your month went - send us an email or drop us a comment! We hope the month was as wonderful for you as it was for us! š
